1. Acceptance of Terms

By using omnixero.net ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Website. "I" and "me" below mean Omnixero Technologies, which is Vlad Cruz.

2. Services

I set up automation and AI tools and provide website help for small businesses and organizations in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. The current offers, what each one includes and their fixed prices are listed on the prices page. Prices are before any applicable Ohio sales tax.

Work outside those offers gets a flat quote in writing before I start. The Free Hand-Off Check and the free 10-minute site review do not commit you to anything.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, design and software, belongs to Omnixero Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without my written permission.

5. Client Portal

Access to the Client Portal (portal.omnixero.net) is provided to active clients under separate terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

6. Free Resources

The Free Hand-Off Check, the free site review and any other free resources are provided "as is" for informational purposes. They are not professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnixero Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or my services.

8. Changes to These Terms

I may change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
