90 minutes at your place, over coffee in Northeast Ohio, or by video. We walk through how you do one task today and I build the smallest version that works inside the tools you already have (email, calendar, spreadsheet, invoicing app, phone, website form).
You leave with
- Your accounts and logins stay yours.
- Anything that writes to a customer or touches money drafts first and waits for your OK.
- If the task is too big for 90 minutes, I say so before you pay.
- If a template, form or spreadsheet is the honest answer, that's what you get.
Not included: anything that moves money, AI that talks to customers on its own, new paid software (I name its cost first; you pay that company directly).
