Privacy Policy

Omnixero Technologies is me, Vlad Cruz. This page explains what omnixero.net collects, why, and who helps me run it. "I" and "me" below mean Omnixero Technologies.

1. Information I Collect

I collect what you choose to send me, plus a small amount of technical information:

  • What you type into a form. The Free Hand-Off Check asks for the task you'd hand off first, your email or phone number and how you'd like me to reply, and optionally your name and type of business. The site review and question forms ask for your website and email, and optionally your name, phone number and a message.
  • How you found the site. When you first visit, the site saves a short note in your browser's local storage: where you came from (for example a code from a flyer, the site that linked to me, or "direct") and the first page you landed on. It stays in your browser for up to 90 days and is only sent to me if you submit a form.
  • Page visits. I use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few actions (opening or sending a form, saving my contact card) without cookies.
  • The /hi page. When you open omnixero.net/hi (for example from my business card tag), I log the event name, whether you were on a phone, and the time. Not your IP address or your full browser details.
  • Spam protection. To stop form spam, the site keeps a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address and email (or phone number) in short-lived counters, which are deleted when they expire.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

  • Answer your Free Hand-Off Check, site review request or question
  • Do the work you hire me for
  • Understand which pages and links bring people to the site, so I can improve it

I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing email unless you ask me to.

3. Who Helps Me Run the Site

I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. A few service providers handle it so the site can work:

  • Vercel hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics. Like any web host, it keeps standard technical logs of requests.
  • Resend delivers form submissions to my inbox by email.
  • Convex stores the spam-protection counters and runs the client portal.

4. Data Security

I use standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure data storage and access controls.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in to the client portal, it uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. The "how you found the site" note described above lives in your browser's local storage, and you can clear it any time from your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You can ask me to:

  • Tell you what personal data I have about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your data
  • Stop contacting you
